MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted in different cases. They included 282 prisoners, 123 of them are foreign expatriates of a number of different nationalities. — ONA
